Products with Magnesium

Applying magnesium topically can be very beneficial for aching muscles and calming the nervous system.

“A magnesium oil is best incorporated into your skincare routine after cleansing and exfoliating. Simply give your skin a few spritzes in the evening before applying a moisturizing lotion or cream for added skin benefits. Close your eyes, breathe deeply and allow yourself to be transported into a peaceful, meditative space.”
