We currently only offer shipping within Canada.
Canada: Free shipping on orders over $150 for Canada. Orders under $150 shipping is a flat rate of $16.99. Free in-store pick-up is available during our store hours.
*We are currently NOT shipping to the United States. We will keep you updated if this changes in the future. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

*Orders placed Monday-Thursday typically ship on the same day or the following day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship on Monday. Parcels should arrive within 4-10 business days but we cannot guarantee shipping times.
Return Policy
We make every effort to provide you with high quality products that you will love and continue to use for a long time. In the unusual event that your product does not meet your expectations then please contact us by email at eco@ourfootprints.shop with your order number or original receipt and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond as quickly as we can to find out how we can serve you better.
*Packaged products can be exchanged or returned for store credit only within 14 days of purchase. All returned products must be in like-new condition, and have all tags/packaging attached.
*For health and hygiene reasons, all bath, body, beauty, unsealed cosmetics, oral care, and personal care products are final sale.
*Any purchase of special orders, gift cards, bulk options, refills, sale or promotional items are final sale, no exceptions.
Policy for Refills
We are proud to offer eco-friendly, refillable products in our store that help you shop with less waste. Due to the nature of refills, we cannot accept any returns on bulk or refillable products.
If you are trying a new product for the first time or are unsure if a product will work for you, we encourage you to start with a smaller amount first before committing to a larger refill.
Product details and ingredients are available on our website and on the bulk containers. Please take a moment to review them before purchasing to ensure they meet your needs. If you require help with product information, please reach out to us by phone or email. We are happy to help!
