Crafted from non-GMO corn through a natural process, this fine granular Citric Acid Anhydrous is a fundamental ingredient in Bath Bombs, while also finding purpose in tuning the pH levels of various products.

Citric acid also functions as a chelating agent, which can bind to metal ions, particularly calcium, magnesium, and iron, forming stable complexes. These complexes prevent the metal ions from interfering with the effectiveness of cleaning agents, detergents, and soaps. By sequestering these metal ions, citric acid enhances the cleaning process by preventing the formation of soap scum, mineral deposits, and other unwanted residues on surfaces and fabrics. It's commonly used in cleaning products, detergents, and in some personal care products to improve their performance.
